1. About Snap Picks

Snap Picks is a sports analytics, picks, and entertainment service available through Discord.

Features may include:

• Moneyline parlay builders
• Player-prop builders
• Sports matchup information
• Sportsbook odds and market information
• Boxing and MMA picks
• VIP and Premium selections
• Confidence ratings and scoring models
• Tracked slips and automated grading
• Virtual leaderboards
• Daily picks
• Additional sports-related tools

Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed at any time.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Sports outcomes are unpredictable. Any pick, rating, projection, probability, confidence score, trend, matchup analysis, parlay, prop, or other information provided by Snap Picks may be incorrect.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

A high confidence rating, projected probability, score, or similar measurement should never be interpreted as a guarantee that a selection will win.

You assume responsibility for decisions made using information provided through Snap Picks.

4. Odds and Sports Data

Snap Picks may use information obtained from sportsbooks, sports data providers, public data sources, statistics providers, APIs, and other third-party services.

Odds, betting lines, player availability, injuries, starting lineups, statistics, game times, and other sports information can change rapidly.

Snap Picks does not guarantee that:

• Displayed odds are current
• A market remains available
• Player information is current
• Statistics are error-free
• Game information is complete
• Third-party information is accurate
• A displayed line is available at any particular sportsbook

Users should independently verify information before relying on it.

5. Eligibility

You may only use Snap Picks if you are permitted to do so under applicable law and Discord's rules.

You are responsible for complying with age restrictions, sports wagering laws, and other legal requirements applicable to your location.

6. Discord

Snap Picks operates using Discord's platform and APIs.

Snap Picks is an independent application and is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by Discord Inc.

Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own terms and policies. Discord may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue platform features that Snap Picks relies upon.

Snap Picks is not responsible for interruptions caused by Discord.

7. Third-Party Sportsbooks

Snap Picks may display odds, markets, names, or information associated with third-party sportsbooks.

Displaying sportsbook information does not mean Snap Picks is affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or partnered with that sportsbook unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any interaction between you and a sportsbook is solely between you and that sportsbook.

8. Premium and VIP Access

Snap Picks may offer paid features under names such as Premium, VIP, or similar access levels.

Paid features may include:

• VIP moneyline selections
• VIP player props
• Premium sports picks
• Daily selections
• Advanced analytics
• Additional commands
• Server-level Premium features

Premium features may change as Snap Picks develops.

Purchasing Premium or VIP access does not guarantee winning picks, profits, sportsbook results, or any particular level of performance.

9. Individual and Server Premium

Premium access may be provided to:

• An individual Discord account
• An eligible Discord server
• Other access groups designated by Snap Picks

Premium access may not be resold, transferred, sublicensed, or commercially redistributed without permission from Snap Picks.

10. Subscription Billing

Certain Premium or VIP services may be offered as recurring subscriptions. The applicable price and billing interval will be displayed when purchasing.

Unless otherwise stated, recurring subscriptions continue until canceled.

You are responsible for canceling a subscription before its next billing date if you do not want it to renew.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewals and does not automatically remove access for a period already paid for.

Prices and subscription features may change, subject to applicable law.

11. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable after Premium access has been provided except where required by applicable law or where Snap Picks determines a refund is appropriate.

Refund requests may be reviewed individually.

Failure to use Premium features, loss of access to a Discord server, Discord account restrictions, or failure to cancel before renewal does not automatically create a right to a refund.

12. Trials, Discounts, and Promotions

Snap Picks may offer:

• Free trials
• Discount codes
• Promotional pricing
• Promotional Discord roles
• Limited-time Premium access

Promotions may have separate eligibility requirements and expiration dates.

Attempts to repeatedly claim one-time trials or otherwise abuse a promotion may result in removal of promotional or Premium access.

13. Tracked Slips and Grading

Snap Picks may allow users to save, track, and automatically grade generated slips.

Tracked results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes.

Automated grading may occasionally:

• Be delayed
• Display incorrect information
• Remain pending
• Require manual correction
• Change following official statistical corrections

Snap Picks reserves the right to correct grading errors and inaccurate records.

14. Virtual Leaderboards

Snap Picks may provide leaderboards that use a virtual bankroll.

Virtual leaderboard balances:

• Have no cash value
• Cannot be withdrawn
• Cannot be exchanged for money
• Are not cryptocurrency
• Do not represent stored financial value

Virtual bankrolls exist solely for entertainment, competition, and statistics within Snap Picks.

Separate rules may apply if Snap Picks offers a specific promotional prize.

15. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Snap Picks.

You may not:

• Abuse or intentionally overload the Service
• Attempt to bypass Premium restrictions
• Circumvent access controls
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Attempt unauthorized access to Snap Picks systems
• Scrape or automatically extract protected Snap Picks data
• Reverse engineer protected systems
• Resell Premium access
• Commercially redistribute Premium content without permission
• Impersonate Snap Picks or misuse Snap Picks branding
• Use the Service for fraud or unlawful activity
• Interfere with Snap Picks, Discord, or another user's access
• Use multiple accounts to improperly obtain trials or promotions

Snap Picks may restrict or terminate access for violations.

16. Account and Server Responsibility

You are responsible for activity performed through your Discord account or Discord server.

Server administrators are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authorization before configuring Snap Picks for a server.

Snap Picks is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by compromised Discord accounts, stolen credentials, improperly configured permissions, or actions taken by server administrators.

17. Intellectual Property

The Snap Picks name, branding, logos, software, bot interfaces, designs, scoring systems, proprietary analytics, generated graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to Snap Picks.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Snap Picks intellectual property.

Ordinary generated slips and images may be shared for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise stated.

You may not clone, sell, reproduce, or commercially distribute substantial portions of Snap Picks without permission.

18. Service Availability

Snap Picks is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may become unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Software updates
• Server outages
• Discord outages
• Sports data provider outages
• API failures or rate limits
• Internet outages
• Security incidents
• Events outside our reasonable control

19. Suspension and Termination

Snap Picks may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary, including for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Abuse of the Service
• Fraud
• Payment disputes or chargeback abuse
• Security risks
• Attempts to bypass Premium restrictions
• Illegal activity
• Discord policy violations
• Actions that harm Snap Picks or its users

Users may stop using Snap Picks at any time.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Snap Picks is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Snap Picks does not warrant that the Service will be:

• Error-free
• Uninterrupted
• Accurate
• Profitable
• Complete
• Available at all times
• Suitable for any particular purpose

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snap Picks and its owners, operators, developers, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from use of the Service.

This includes losses associated with:

• Sports wagers
• Gambling losses
• Lost winnings
• Incorrect odds
• Incorrect predictions or projections
• Data errors
• Service interruptions
• Missed opportunities
• Third-party services
• Discord account or server access

You remain solely responsible for financial decisions or wagers you choose to make outside Snap Picks.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Snap Picks and its owners, operators, developers, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of Snap Picks
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your infringement of another person's rights

23. Privacy

Your use of Snap Picks is also subject to the Snap Picks Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information Snap Picks may collect, how information is used and stored, and how eligible users may request deletion of personal data.

24. Changes to These Terms

Snap Picks may update these Terms as the Service changes.

The Effective Date at the top of this page will be updated when material revisions are published.

Continued use of Snap Picks after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Snap Picks Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific features or promotions, constitute the agreement governing use of Snap Picks.
